Most of you mainly know me as enhancing customer service and very much focused on the customer experience, ranked No 3 Global Customer Service Gurus. What you may not know is that I have also been studying and practicing Feng Shui, the art of enhancing energy flow for the last decade, and with those drastic changes that have been imposed upon us, maintaining the right energy flow impacts performance and communications which as you would know, all impacts the customer experience and the bottom line, right!
Because of that I have decided to step in to help organisations and individuals, enhance their workspace to make them more productive, happy, feeling good and performing better, so I launched my BizShui™ Method, its a blend of the Feng Shui Principles with the modern business and personal needs.
I discovered Feng Shui over a decade ago. I was intrigued and read a couple of books which seemed very complicated, then the third book was what triggered this passion in me. So, I started researching, reading, learning all about it. I finally decided to get trained and was mentored by the renowned Feng Shui Master, Davina MacKail, author of Hay House Best Seller ‘Feng Shui, Create Health, wealth and happiness through the Power of your Home’. She has shared with me her wealth of knowledge, wisdom and love for Feng Shui. I have then studied several schools and now blending the techniques to adapt to the clients needs. I guess I am more following Black Hat-Style, Contemporary and Environment psychology, but also different modalities such as NLP, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and of course my three decade expertise in Customer Experience.
Straight away, I could feel myself being more enthused, energetic, joyful when I started using it, which affected my business and my relationships with my clients. Just a few adjustments can produce incredible changes. I truly believe simple enhancements would benefit you, your team, your customers and your business as a whole by bringing a renewed, more balanced energy to your environment.
