9 months in the making

After nine months back in Jersey since my time in Dubai, I am excited to announce the launch of the Jersey Customer Experience (JCX) Alliance. This period has been a journey of rediscovery and realisation—returning to my roots to continue the mission I embarked on 15 years ago: inspiring businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

So here I am, taking another level in my mission and creating The JCX Alliance, which is more than just a professional endeavor; it’s a commitment to fostering a culture of care, service excellence, and collaboration within our local business community. Our goal is to ensure that Jersey remains a beacon of exceptional customer service, driving both economic growth and community well-being.

I am creating the Jersey Customer Experience (JCX) Alliance to address the critical need for exceptional customer service across Jersey. Our island’s businesses thrive on the satisfaction and loyalty of their customers, and by uniting business leaders, community members, and customer experience experts & advocates, we can collectively elevate service standards.

This initiative is NOT focussed exclusively on the retail or hospitality industries, as many might perceive. Instead, it encompasses all sectors, from financial services to retail, medical to professional services, hospitality to technology—any industry with customers!
