My journey as a Global Gurus began five years ago, and it’s been a beautiful voyage filled with learning, growth, and the opportunity to connect with exceptional individuals from around the globe who share the same passion for enhancing the customer and employee experience but also for many different industries.
Being part of this community has been a tremendous privilege. It has allowed me, as a public speaker, to amplify my message and reach a wider audience, inspiring others to prioritize and invest in both customer and employee experience. The global reach of Global Gurus has given me the platform to share my insights and expertise on a grand scale, and I’m deeply grateful for this.
One of the most beautiful aspects of the Global Gurus community is the diversity of thought and experience it brings together. Interacting with fellow Gurus has expanded my horizons, challenging my thinking, and encouraging me to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of customer and employee experience.
As a Frenchwoman, it fills my heart with pride to showcase my expertise and share my own perspective on customer and employee experience. My journey as a Global Guru has allowed me to bring high level energy and a touch of France, to global stages.
