What an incredible experience it was to take the stage at this year’s CX Forum in Zurich, organised by Succus Conferences, where the theme was Customer Experience as a Beacon of Transformation.

And yes, transformation was exactly what we created in that room! From the moment I stepped on stage (with a little singing and dancing to warm us all up!), to guiding the audience through a powerful five-senses visualisation, this keynote was more than a presentation, it was an experience.

I was there to introduce my BizShui™ methodology — a unique fusion of ancient Feng Shui principles with modern business strategy. It’s all about how the energy in your environment and the emotions of your people directly impact your ability to deliver exceptional Customer eXperiences.
