International keynote speaker and Customer eXperience Energizer Claire Boscq has announced the launch of her powerful new book, When Work Works: Repairing the Heart of Business so People & Performance Shine from Within.
Launching globally in March 2026, When Work Works introduces a transformative framework designed to help organisations move beyond burnout, disengagement, and surface-level strategy, and instead build cultures where people thrive and performance follows naturally.
