Geraldine Cardwell is a Senior UX and Accessibility Consultant with more than 27 years of experience shaping digital services across Jersey’s public sector. As the island’s first NN/g–certified UX Master and its only IAAP member, she brings internationally recognised accessibility expertise to the services people rely on every day.

Her work focuses on creating digital experiences that are genuinely inclusive, not just compliant. She champions accessibility from the earliest conversations through to delivery, helping teams understand real user needs and design services that work for everyone.

Geraldine has led major improvements across platforms including gov.je, jerseyfsc.org and ogier.com, always placing accessibility at the heart of the design process.
