Are you an aspiring speaker ready to take the mic and launch your speaking career?

This summer, we’re inviting Jersey’s boldest voices, brightest ideas, and most inspiring storytellers to take the stage in our Speaker Factor Series. Whether you’re an experienced speaker or just starting out, this is your moment to shine, grow, and connect.

Over 8 weeks of exciting open-mic style evenings, 6 speakers (application form below) will take the stage each week for 15 minutes, followed by live feedback from a panel of professional speakers and judges. Finalists from each night will earn a spot in our Speaker Showcase Finale this November.

Event highlights

• Weekly speaker evenings across July & August
• 15-minute talk + 5-minute feedback
• 6 speakers per night
• Finalists chosen by judges to move forward to the Showcase in November.

• Aspiring or established speakers
• Professionals who speak in boardrooms, team meetings, or in front of crowds
• Anyone with a message to share and the desire to grow their confidence and impact
• Any topic welcome: business, wellness, storytelling, leadership, creativity… you name it!
• Open to individuals who want to grow, learn, and light up the room

Please note: It is free to speak at the Speaker Factor Series. However, if you are selected to go through to the Speaker Showcase in November, you’ll be asked to confirm your place with a small participation fee.

This includes a fabulous speaker starter package to help you elevate your speaking career:
